1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The product received does not match your order.

Please note: Due to the nature of herbal products, opened or partially used items may not be eligible for a return for hygiene reasons.

2. Time Frame for Returns

• All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product is inspected.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

1. Email us at info@amasaya.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2. Our support team will guide you with return instructions and shipping details.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.

• The processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for the same product or another product of equal value.

• Contact us at info@amasaya.com to request an exchange.

• Return shipping charges for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Take photos of the product and packaging.

• Email the photos along with your order number to info@amasaya.com.

• We will replace the product or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used herbal products.

• Perishable or consumable items like tea blends, jaggery coffee, or snacks unless defective or damaged.
